Terms of Service

Last updated 21 October 2026 Read the Privacy Policy

01 Agreement

These terms govern use of Gurus Seamless HR. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of the organization you represent, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.

02 Your workspace and your account

The person who creates a workspace becomes its first administrator and can invite others and set what each of them may do.

You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your accounts. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

03 Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to reach another organization’s workspace.

Do not probe, load-test or interfere with the service, or resell access to it, without our written agreement.

04 Your data

The data your organization puts into the service remains yours. We process it to provide the service and do not claim ownership of it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for having a lawful basis to hold information about your employees.

05 Trials, plans and billing

Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown when you sign up and the workspace converts to a paid plan only if you choose one.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown on the plan. What a plan includes is determined by the modules it carries at the time; we will not remove a module you are paying for without notice.

Fees already paid for a period are not refunded on cancellation part-way through it, unless the law requires otherwise.

06 Availability

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

07 Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time.

We may suspend a workspace that is being used in breach of these terms, or where fees remain unpaid, and will tell you why.

After termination we will make your data available for a reasonable period so you can export it, then delete it.

08 Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

09 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it took effect, and material changes will be notified to workspace administrators.
